Sometimes an article comes along and says everything you have been saying but says it better. Well people, this is it.
In my years as a Chi Nei Tsang teacher it has become evident that even practitioners have forgotten that the diaphragm and the psoas live in the same house so to speak. Anyone experiencing anxiety, low back pain, upper back pain and on and on and on had better think about this.
This is why I love the breath-work, yoga and meditation practices in the UHT system. They teach me how to breathe.
