Tok Sen is the Chi Nei Tsang modality that utilizes tamarind hammer and chisel to vibrate the tendons and organs of the body to release trauma. It is a unique healing art founded only in Northern Thailand (Lanna) that clears blocked energy. To accomplish this it uses mechanical and sound vibration,
working deeply through the fascia and muscles. Tok Sen is thought to date back over 3,000 years and is still practiced in Thai villages after
having worked all the day long in the fields. The tradition is completely oral, and it has been passed down through the farming families. Universal Healing Tao has incorporated this modality as well as Guasa into its Chi Nei Tsang Level 3 course and it rounds out the Chi Nei Tsang system beautifully.
As a UHT Chi Nei Tsang Senior Teacher Mary Ellen will certify participants via NCBTMB and the UHT System.

Once level 1 is completed the natural progression of the work spurs one on and ‘chasing the winds’ becomes even more important. Level one prepares the ground, Level two is where the real magic and growth occurs.
Stagnant chi presents in predictable patterns of dysfunction. In Level 2 we address the patterns with specific protocols that encourage the body to release chi and fascial tensions in the musculo-skeletal and organ systems.
As a Universal Healing Tao Chi Nei Tsang Senior Teacher Mary Ellen will provide NCBTMB and UHT certification for participation in the class.
