UHT Tao Yin is a Chi Kung self-care practice set of postures, gentle movement, mindfulness and proper breath that releases the psoas and diaphragm. Easily integrated into ones daily practice it provides stress management, structural alignment, and support to the core and postural muscles.  It also relieves musculoskeletal issues caused by poor body mechanics while working. By relieving facial restrictions, therapists and individuals will increase their flexibility and improve posture.
